Nepila is a small software studio building intelligent products for e-commerce. Our first product, MerchantOS Visitor Intent, came out of one frustration we couldn’t shake:

“Thousands of visitors land on your store every day, and you have no idea what they actually want.”

Analytics tools tell you what happened. A funnel chart, a bounce-rate, a conversion percentage. None of that tells you whether the visitor on page 3 was hesitating on size, comparing to a competitor, or never going to buy in the first place.

We believe every merchant deserves the same instinct that a great in-store sales associate has — the ability to read the room, in real time, and act on it. That’s what we’re building. One product at a time.
